The future looks bright for ICT Skills
Microsoft commissioned analysts IDC to research and produce a whitepaper on the future demand for ICT skills. "Post Crisis: e-Skills are needed to drive Europe's Innovation Society" was published on 1 Dec 2009 and points to some 90 percent of European jobs requiring tech skills over the next five years. The report maintains that skills, training and education in ICT will be a critical priority for employment and job prospects as demand for more advanced ICT skills and skills to use technology-based devices will be required.
