Job Description
Inside Sales Channel Account Manager (ICAM) is responsible for supporting the development of Cisco's set number of partners/resellers. The role requires the ICAM to foster relationships with using the telephone and Web based technologies to achieve revenue growth targets, as well as encouraging repeat purchasing of these partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Sales experience & attitude
- IT Market experience and understanding of networking technologies (an advantage)
- Ability to communicate and sell on the phone
- Motivation to deliver sales targets
- Ability to adapt complex IT solutions
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills
- Negotiation, influence and mediation skills
- Presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Cisco sales, product & technical certifications (an advantage)
