Job Description
Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals by managing a territory (set of accounts) using the telephone and Web based technologies as principal sales approach. The ISAM will build direct relationships with end user organizations and will work closely with and leverage the channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities with the territory / account list.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Sales experience & attitude
- IT Market experience and understanding of networking technologies (an advantage)
- Ability to communicate and sell on the phone
- Motivation to deliver sales targets
- Ability to adapt complex IT solutions
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills
- Negotiation, influence and mediation skills
- Presentation skills
- Good command of English
- Cisco sales, product & technical certifications (an advantage)
